By leaving your items with Maison Juliette Services, you agree to the following terms:
We clean each item according to its condition, fabric type, and care requirements. However, all cleaning carries inherent risk depending on the textile’s age, quality, and previous wear.
Customer Responsibilities
Please empty all pockets before drop-off. We are not responsible for forgotten items or any damage they may cause.
Some appointments at Maison Juliette Services may require a deposit to reserve a time slot. The deposit amount, including applicable taxes, will be shown clearly before payment.
For in-person appointments, the current deposit is $20 plus applicable taxes, for a total of $23.
This deposit is used to reserve your appointment time. When you attend your appointment, the deposit may be credited toward your service or purchase during the same visit.
If you attend your appointment but choose not to proceed with any service or purchase, the deposit will remain as the appointment reservation fee and will not be refunded.
If you do not attend your appointment or cancel late, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We will do our best to help you choose another available time.
Maison Juliette Services reserves the right to review exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis
Garments without care labels, or those made of delicate or high-risk fabrics, are treated at the customer’s own risk.
We do not offer refunds. If applicable, a complimentary re-cleaning may be provided after evaluation by our team.
Claims & Liability
Claims must be made within 24 hours of pickup and accompanied by the receipt.
Our liability is limited to the lesser of:
- 5× the price of the cleaning service, or
- the depreciated value of the item.
No claims will be accepted after 30 days.
Items not collected within 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated or disposed of.
